Michele Lau, MBA is the founder and senior consultant of the company. She has over 9 years of banking experience where she has served on a number of management roles in Commercial Banking, Commercial Risk Management and Operations with several of the largest financial institutions in Canada. Many of the clients she worked with are medium to large sized corporations. In addition, she has the passion to work as a part-time consultant for several years assisting new graduates and individuals wanting to change jobs, needing career planning advice and polishing interview strategies. Over the course of the years, Michele continues to establish her client base in the recruitment business while also working closely with the local universities in an advisory role to enhance their students’ chances for placement in the competitive financial market place.
Michele is an active member of the business and Christian community. She serves as a marketing and public relation role with the Vancouver Diamond Lions Club, the largest chapter in B.C., where she organizes a number of different charitable and business functions. She was also awarded B.C. Outstanding Woman of 2008 among the Chinese business women community.

Bernard has a Bachelor of Science in joint major in Information Systems in Business Administration and Computing Science from Simon Fraser University. He has over 10 years experience in the information technology and software development industry. Currently he is a project manager for a software development services company in Vancouver, BC. He has also served as an employment consultant for many computing science graduates and professionals. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and reading on the latest technology. |
