Description: Provides receptionist services and administrative support.
Responsibilites:
- Provide reception services, which includes: front line point of contact for all visitors; back-up telephone answering; mail and courier receipts and deliveries
- Provide administrative support, which includes: working with team as required including the preparation of client letters/proposals and presentation/promotional materials; assist with various assignments and projects (e.g. client events, periodical branch staff training seminars, etc.)

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of one year’s proven relationship support experience or equivalent
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and customer service skills

You’ve also completed relevant CSR product knowledge courses and possess cash handling experience.
Responsibilites:
- Accept and process deposits, payments, cheques and other transactions according to established procedures and performance standards with speak and accuracy

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year's continuous proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a banking environment or equivalent
- Strong customer service ability with demonstrated analytical and communication skills
- Positive customer service attributes and an ability to project a friendly and courteous image to the public
- Good interpersonal skills required to maintain good rapport with customers and other branch staff
